SO AM I  brings this important news update from thee EEOC that hopefully will bring to the table of life...a better and level playing field for ex-offenders; yes a second chance to really be a part of society and  to be treated fairly and equal. Society would have us to believe that a criminal is only a criminal because he has broken the law, but that is not true! Many people have broken the law and have not been incarcerated; so my question to you would be is he a criminal or is the definition of "criminal" one who brakes the law and gets "CAUGHT"? Regardless of your answer I know this to be very true...we ALL have had or have criminal thinking at one time or another in our lives, the fact that you didn't "act" on it is a discussion for another day. Simply put, some have "criminal thinking" others have "criminal behaviors"; but in the eyes of our SOCIETY it appears that you really are only considered a criminal when and if you get caught!

SO where do you fall in this equation of "criminality...?" You too could have been or were on the verge to becoming an ex-offender. Wanting and deserving to have a another chance to do it right! SO the next time  you judge an individual based on his past only and never once take the time to talk to him; I advise you to take a long good look in the mirror, and think back to the "time" no matter what age your were; when someone believed in you enough to give you a "second chance" at life!!! What are your thoughts "world changer" we welcome your comments...

SO AM I salutes and thanks the EEOC for being a "world changer"...
